Proof we've done it
It works. Here's the evidence.
Our clients are named on the logo wall. Their numbers are not attached to them. Every figure here traces back to a source system rather than an estimate, and where a number needs a caveat, the caveat is on the page.

About these results
Why are your case studies anonymised?
We name our clients on the logo wall and we do not attach performance numbers to them. A practice’s visibility performance is commercially sensitive, particularly where a direct competitor is one suburb away, and advertising rules for regulated health services constrain how client outcomes can be presented. Anonymising the numbers solves both.
How do I know the numbers are real?
Every figure traces back to a source system: the MaxConnex dashboard, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, server logs, or a recorded live answer check. A number we cannot evidence at source does not appear on this site. The build actively withholds any metric not marked as verified.
Why do some case studies include a caveat?
Because the honest version is more useful than the flattering one. Where a number is contaminated by personalisation, where a metric moved for a reason other than our work, or where one figure improved while a related one stayed flat, we say so. An agency that only reports the good half is training you to distrust all of it.
Can I speak to one of your clients?
Ask on the audit call. Some clients are happy to take a reference call and some are not, and we will not put you in touch with anyone who has not agreed to it. What we will not do is publish testimonials, because AHPRA prohibits them in advertising for regulated health services.
