About the audit
Is the audit really free?
Yes, and there is no obligation attached to it. We run it because it is also how we qualify: if your practice is already well structured, we will tell you that and we will not pitch you. If you want something deeper and faster, we have a paid audit, but the free one is a real audit rather than a teaser.
How long does it take?
Most audits are back within two business days. If your practice has many locations it can take longer, because each location is checked separately rather than sampled.
What do you need from me?
Your practice name, suburb and website. That is genuinely it. Everything we check is publicly visible, so no access to your website, analytics or Google Business Profile is required to run it.
Will I be added to a mailing list?
No. You get your audit and a follow-up about it. There is no newsletter, no sequence and no list you need to unsubscribe from.
What happens after the audit?
We send it and offer a call to walk through it. If you want to act on it yourself, the report is written so you can hand it to whoever builds your site. Plenty of people do exactly that, and that is a fine outcome.
