Keep the site. Fix what is costing you patients.

Website refresh

A targeted overhaul of the site you already have, when a full rebuild is not justified but the current one is holding back enquiries and AI visibility.

When the site is not the problem

Practices often assume a disappointing website needs replacing. Frequently it does not.

We have audited practice sites with genuinely excellent foundations that were producing almost no enquiries, because the entire problem sat somewhere else: no Google Business Profile, no reviews, or crawlers blocked at the edge so nothing published in six months had ever been read.

Replacing the site would have changed nothing, and we say so when that is the answer.

What you get

Included in every engagement

  • A speed and vitals pass

Images, scripts, fonts and render blocking. Usually the single cheapest improvement available on an existing site.

  • Conversion path repair

Finding and fixing the places where a patient who wanted to book did not. Tested logged out, on a phone.

  • Structure retrofit

Structured data, headings and content organised so engines can parse a site that was never built for them.

  • Accessibility remediation

The contrast, focus and semantic failures that affect real patients and are usually invisible to the practice.

How it runs

The process

  1. 01

    Diagnose

A full audit with every finding evidenced and ranked by what it is likely costing you.

  2. 02

    Agree scope

You see the list and decide what is worth doing. We are explicit when a refresh is not enough and a rebuild is the honest answer.

  3. 03

    Implement

Changes made against your live site with a rollback path for each one.

  4. 04

    Verify

Before and after measurements, and a logged-out test of the booking path.

Answers

Website refresh, answered

How do I know whether I need a refresh or a rebuild?

If the structure is sound and the problems are speed, conversion and missing markup, a refresh gets you most of the way for a fraction of the cost. If the site cannot be edited, blocks crawlers, or is built on a platform that cannot support structured content, a refresh is money spent twice. We tell you which one you are in after the audit, including when that answer costs us the larger project.

Can you work on our platform?

Almost certainly. We have delivered on WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, Square Online, Shopify, Netlify and custom builds. Some platforms make certain work harder and we will say which constraints apply before quoting.

Will you break anything?

Every change is reversible and the booking path is tested before and after. That is not a courtesy, it is the rule we work to after watching a well intended change quietly stop a practice's bookings for a month.

How long does a refresh take?

Usually two to four weeks depending on scope and how quickly we get access. Access is the usual delay, not the work.
