General practice

A 22-location GP group, Sydney

A large Sydney GP group with 7,794 reviews and almost nothing a machine could read. It is now cited by name in about a third of tracked AI answers, and in half of them on Claude.

What we did

  • Published each of the 22 locations as a distinct entity rather than a row in a list
  • Built 267 answer-format FAQs, server rendered so engines read them without executing scripts
  • Reconciled name, address and phone across 18 verified profiles carrying 7,794 reviews
  • Benchmarked all four engines before starting, with every answer recorded

This is a scale story rather than a growth story, and it is worth being precise about which.

The group had genuine authority before we arrived: 18 verified profiles carrying 7,794 reviews between them. What it did not have was any way for a machine to connect that reputation to 22 specific places with 22 specific catchments. Published as one business with a location list, a group like this competes in one suburb and is invisible in the other 21.

The entity build went live in late August. What we can show today is the citation share it starts from, measured across 884 recorded answers, not a lift we have not yet earned.
