Be the practice AI recommends.
AEO and AI visibility
We make your practice machine readable and authoritative, so ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Gemini name you when a patient asks who to see.
Patients stopped scrolling. They started asking.
A patient who needs a GP used to open Google, get ten links, and pick one. Increasingly they open ChatGPT and ask a question in plain language. What comes back is not a page of options. It is two or three practices, named, with a reason attached to each.
That is a much smaller list to be on, and the practices already on it are not there by accident.
How an engine decides who to name
Large language models do not rank pages the way a search engine does. They assemble an answer from sources they can read, verify and trust. In practice that means a handful of things decide whether your practice is in the answer.
Whether a model can read your site at all. Whether your services, locations and practitioners are published in a form it can parse rather than infer. Whether what you say about yourself matches what directories, your Google Business Profile and review platforms say about you. And whether anyone has written a clear, direct answer to the question the patient asked.
Most practices fail on all four, and none of the failures are visible from the front end. The site looks fine. The traffic looks fine. The practice is simply not in the answer.
What we actually do
We make your practice legible to machines without making it worse for people.
That means publishing your structure properly, so an engine knows that you are a general practice in a named suburb with six practitioners, specific services and specific hours, rather than guessing from body copy. It means making your listings agree with each other. It means writing the answers to the questions your patients type, in the format a model will quote.
Then we measure it, every month, against where you started.

How it runs
The process
- 01
Benchmark
We establish where you stand before we touch anything, across every engine, with the evidence stored so the before and after is not a matter of opinion.
- 02
Build
Structure, entities, listings and content go in together. Most of the movement happens here, and most of it lands inside the first 60 days.
- 03
Prove
Monthly reporting against the benchmark, showing which queries you now win, which you do not, and what changed.
- 04
Compound
Engines keep citing sources they already trust. We widen the set of questions you own, quarter after quarter.
Answers
AEO and AI visibility, answered
What is AEO and how is it different from SEO?
AEO is Answer Engine Optimisation. SEO works to rank your website among ten blue links on a Google results page. AEO works to have your practice named inside the answer AI gives when a patient asks who to see. SEO gets you on the list. AEO gets you named as the answer. They share foundations and we do both, but they are not the same job.
How long before we show up in AI answers?
In our client work so far, the first new AI appearances have usually shown up within one to two months of the work going live, though it varies with the market and the starting point. Structure and listings move fastest. Authority built through content compounds over three to six months. Anyone promising results in a fortnight is describing something other than how these models pick sources.
Do I need to rebuild my website for AEO?
Usually not. Most of this work sits underneath the site you already have and does not change how it looks to a patient. If your site is slow, blocks AI crawlers, or hides its content behind scripts that models cannot read, we will tell you plainly and show you the evidence before recommending a rebuild.
How do you prove it worked?
You get a live dashboard from day one, benchmarked before we start. It tracks every mention and citation across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Gemini. Every number in your monthly report traces back to a recorded answer, not an estimate.
Is this compliant with AHPRA advertising rules?
Yes, and it is built in rather than bolted on. We work only with Australian healthcare, so the constraints are the starting point. No testimonials in advertising for regulated health services, no prohibited representations, and for cosmetic clinics no Schedule 4 product names, no before and after imagery and no pricing on prescription treatments.
