This is the readable half
The full audit adds the part this cannot do instantly: real queries run against ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Gemini, and your three closest competitors scored on the same questions.

About this check
What does this check actually measure?
The five machine-readable signals answer engines rely on: whether your site publishes structured data at all, whether it uses a LocalBusiness or medical-specific type rather than generic markup, whether it has FAQ schema, whether it publishes an llms.txt file, and whether AI crawlers are allowed to read it. It runs the same method as our published research on 50 Australian clinic homepages.
Does it tell me whether ChatGPT recommends me?
No, and nothing instant honestly can. Testing whether an engine names your practice means running real queries against real models, and the answers vary by session, by user and by time of day. We run that properly in the full audit across a fixed panel of queries, with the results recorded. This check tells you whether the engines can read you at all, which is the prerequisite.
Why does a good score not guarantee AI visibility?
Because structure is necessary and not sufficient. Being readable gets you considered. Being named also depends on reviews, listing consistency, authority and whether anyone has answered the question the patient asked. A perfect score here means you have removed the technical reasons to be skipped.
Is my result stored?
The score and the domain are cached for a day so repeat checks are instant, and nothing is emailed to you unless you ask for the full audit. We do not add you to a list for running a check.
It says my site blocks AI crawlers. What does that mean?
It means your robots.txt, or a security layer in front of your site, is refusing the crawlers that feed ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity. Everything you publish is invisible to them regardless of quality. We have found this on live client sites where it silently wasted months of work, and it is usually a five-minute fix.
