MaxConnex AEO starts at $2,500 setup and $500 a month, plus GST, for a single-location practice. Groups of two to five locations are $3,500 setup and $750 a month for 2 locations or $1,000 a month for 3 to 5 locations, and networks of six or more start at $5,000 setup and $1,500 a month. Your exact quote follows a free audit, and there is no lock-in contract.

- The main driver. Every location needs its own entity, listings, Google Business Profile and tracked questions.

- Groups with many practitioners need each one published clearly, with their qualifications and where they consult.
- Where your website starts
- A site AI can already read needs structure added. A site it cannot read may need a refresh first, which we tell you on the audit.

Agencies vary widely, so compare what is included as well as the price: a package that only publishes blog posts usually costs less and moves AI recommendations less.
Are MaxConnex prices plus GST?
Yes. Every retainer and setup price is quoted plus GST, which is added on top. The one exception is the $97 paid audit, which is priced GST included.
What does the setup fee pay for?
The one-off work that makes a practice readable to AI: the baseline audit across every major assistant, the structured data and entity build for each location, Google Business Profile optimisation and correcting listings that disagree with each other. The monthly fee covers the ongoing work, tracking and reporting.
Why does a group cost more than a single practice?
Because the work is per location. Each location needs its own entity, listings, Google Business Profile and tracked questions, and a group usually has more practitioners to publish. A single-location practice is the AI Essentials tier; two to five locations is AI Growth; six or more is AI Multi-site.
Is there a minimum term?
No. There is no lock-in contract. Some clients choose a longer term, but you can stop with notice, and you keep the website changes, content and listings we built.
