Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who are blind or have low vision, people who are Deaf or hard of hearing, and people with physical, cognitive or neurological disability. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard the Australian Human Rights Commission points to for websites under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992.
The accessibility menu
The accessibility button at the top of every page (the person in a circle) lets you make the text larger, switch to high contrast, stop all animation and underline every link. Your choices are remembered on this device. Your browser's own zoom, contrast and reading tools also work throughout the site.
What we have done
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to content" link.
- Text and controls meet WCAG contrast ratios, and links in text are distinguishable without relying on colour.
- Pages reflow on small screens and when zoomed, without sideways scrolling.
- Every form field has a label, and errors are explained in words and announced to screen readers.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Moving content can be paused, and the site respects your device's reduced motion setting.
- There are no time limits on any form, and no content flashes.
- Our cookie notice never covers a form or a button and can be dismissed with a keyboard.
On 1 October 2026 we tested every page of this site with automated WCAG 2.2 AA checks at desktop and phone sizes and fixed every issue found, then checked the main pages by keyboard. Automated tools cannot catch everything, so we also rely on you telling us when something gets in your way.
Known limitations
- Payment (Stripe) and booking (Calendly) pages are run by those companies and we do not control them. If either gives you trouble, call us and we will take your payment or booking by phone.
- Our research report is also available as a PDF. If the PDF does not work with your assistive technology, email us and we will send the content in a format that does.
- The sample audit pages are examples of a report format and are not part of the main site navigation.
- The concept sites under /work/concepts/ are design showcases for fictional businesses. They were not part of the full accessibility testing described above.
