Healthcare
Eight sectors, searched eight different ways.
A dental patient researches cost for weeks. A GP patient filters on bulk billing in seconds. A family researching aged care does not know the words to use. The technical work rhymes. The job does not.

General practice
Patients looking for a GP ask AI in plain language, and the answer names two or three practices. We make sure yours is one of them, per location.

Dental
Dental patients research cost and options for weeks before booking, and increasingly they do it by asking AI. Being the named practice in that answer is worth more here than almost anywhere.

Specialist surgery
A surgeon is found by referring GPs and by patients researching their condition. Different searches, both now running through AI, both rewarding a properly published practitioner entity.

Allied health
Nobody searches for a physiotherapist. They search for the pain they woke up with. Allied health visibility is won by being the answer to a condition, in a suburb, with the right funding pathway.

Psychology
People choosing a psychologist are weighing modality, rebate, wait time and fit, often while distressed. AI answers all four at once, and names the practices that published them.

Cosmetic and aesthetics
Cosmetic clinics cannot name the products, show the results or quote the prices everyone else sells on. Visibility here is won on structure and credentials, which is what AI rewards anyway.

Fertility
Fertility patients research for months before calling, comparing success rates, cost and doctor. Independent clinics compete for that answer against national networks with far larger footprints.

Aged care
Aged care is researched by adult children, often urgently and from another city, in language the sector never uses about itself. Visibility is won by answering the family, not the industry.

Working across healthcare
Why does sector specialisation matter for AI visibility?
Because the queries, the compliance rules and the decision process are genuinely different in each one. A dental patient is researching cost for weeks. A GP patient is filtering on bulk billing and availability in seconds. A family researching aged care does not know the vocabulary. The same technical approach produces different work in each case, and a generalist agency learns that on your account.
My sector is not listed. Can you still help?
Probably. These eight are where the majority of our work sits, not a limit on it. We also work with veterinary, optometry and pharmacy practices, and outside healthcare with real estate, professional services, childcare and retail, which have their own section under Industries. Ask and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
Do you work with competing practices in the same sector and area?
No. Optimising two practices for the same query in the same catchment means being paid twice to produce one winner. If we already work with someone in your area and sector, we will say so on the first call.
How much of this is the same across sectors?
The technical foundation is largely shared: entity structure, listing consistency, crawler access and measurement. What changes is which queries matter, what content is compliant, and which signals carry the weight. Roughly a third is common and two thirds is sector-specific, which is why we do not sell a generic package.
