Reach patients before they search.

Meta Ads

Facebook and Instagram campaigns for practices with something to promote, built on the Conversions API so the data survives iOS and ad blockers.

Reaching people who have not started looking

Search advertising captures demand that already exists. Meta creates it. For a cosmetic clinic, a psychology practice or a new allied health location, that difference is most of the value.

It is also where healthcare advertising goes wrong most often, because the creative that performs in other industries is largely prohibited here. Before and after images, patient testimonials, outcome claims and product names are all off the table for regulated health services.

Tracking decides everything

Meta’s algorithm optimises towards the conversions it can see. Browser level pixel tracking now misses a large share of them, which means an account running on the pixel alone is being optimised on partial data and quietly getting worse.

Server side tracking through the Conversions API is not an enhancement. It is the difference between a campaign that learns and one that guesses.

What you get

Included in every engagement

  • Server side tracking

The Conversions API alongside the pixel, so conversions still register when a browser blocks the pixel. Without it you are optimising on a fraction of your data.

  • Creative built for the feed

Static and carousel concepts written and produced to stop a scroll, tested in sets rather than shipped one at a time.

  • Audience architecture

Local radius, lookalikes from your actual patient list where consent allows, and retargeting that does not follow people around for ninety days.

  • Compliant copy

Every ad written inside AHPRA and TGA constraints and Meta's own health advertising policy, before it goes to review rather than after a rejection.

How it runs

The process

  1. 01

    Tracking first

Pixel, Conversions API and event values verified before any budget goes live.

  2. 02

    Concept and produce

Three to five creative concepts per campaign, built to test a real difference rather than a colour change.

  3. 03

    Test

Structured testing at a budget that reaches significance, not a scattering of five dollar a day ad sets.

  4. 04

    Scale the winner

Budget consolidates behind what converts, and the losing concepts get retired rather than nursed.

Answers

Meta Ads, answered

Does Meta advertising work for medical practices?

It works well for services people choose rather than services people need urgently. Cosmetic, dental, allied health, psychology and elective procedures do well because Meta can reach someone who has not started searching yet. Urgent care does not, because nobody browses Instagram looking for an after-hours GP.

What can I not say in a healthcare ad on Meta?

Meta's own health policy prohibits implying knowledge of a personal health condition, before and after imagery for cosmetic procedures, and claims about outcomes. AHPRA and TGA add testimonials, prohibited representations and Schedule 4 product names. Together these rule out most of what the industry treats as standard creative, which is why so many healthcare accounts sit in permanent review.

Why does Meta report more conversions than my CRM?

Attribution windows. Meta counts a conversion if someone saw or clicked an ad within its window, even if they would have booked anyway. Your CRM counts the booking. Both are correct about different things. We report both and use the CRM number as the one that decides budget.

Do you produce video and Reels?

No. We scope static and carousel creative only, and we will tell you honestly that we do not offer video or Reels production rather than subcontracting it and marking it up.
