A presence that holds up when AI checks.
Social media management
Managed social for practices, run as an authority and consistency signal rather than a content treadmill. What you publish is part of how models decide whether to trust you.
Social as a trust signal, not a numbers game
Most practices treat social as a marketing channel that should produce bookings directly. For a clinic it rarely does, and measuring it that way leads to giving up after four months.
Its real value is corroboration. When an AI model assembles an answer about your practice, it cross references what your website says against your Google Business Profile, your listings, your reviews and your social presence. Agreement builds confidence. Contradiction, or a profile that stopped in 2023 with an old address, does the opposite.
What we will not do
We do not produce video or Reels, and we will tell you that before you ask rather than subcontracting it.
We also will not publish patient stories or results for regulated health services, no matter how good they are, because AHPRA prohibits it and a breach is your registration, not our problem.
What you get
Included in every engagement
-
A compliant content calendar
Planned a month ahead, written inside AHPRA and TGA constraints, and approved by you before anything publishes.
-
Consistent publishing
Across the platforms your patients actually use, at a cadence you can sustain, rather than a burst followed by six quiet months.
-
Google Business Profile posts
Often the highest value and most neglected channel for a clinic, and one that directly feeds local and AI visibility.
-
Review and question responses
Replies to reviews and to questions on your profile, which is both a patient experience matter and a trust signal engines read.
How it runs
The process
- 01
Voice and constraints
We establish how your practice sounds and exactly what it cannot say, once, so nothing needs re-litigating monthly.
- 02
Plan
A month of content planned and sent for approval in one batch.
- 03
Publish
Scheduled and posted, including Google Business Profile, with image and call to action requirements met so health posts are not auto-rejected.
- 04
Respond
Reviews and profile questions answered within an agreed window.
Answers
Social media management, answered
Does social media actually affect AI visibility?
Indirectly but genuinely. Models weigh consistency and activity across the places they can verify a business exists, and an abandoned profile with a different phone number to your website is a contradiction they can see. Social is not the lever that gets you cited, but a neglected presence is a reason to be passed over.
Can you post patient stories or results?
Not for regulated health services. AHPRA prohibits testimonials in advertising, and that includes social posts and reviews you republish yourself. For cosmetic clinics, before and after imagery is prohibited as well. We work with education, practitioner profiles, service explanations and practice news instead.
Who approves what goes out?
You do, always, in a single monthly batch rather than a stream of one-off requests. Nothing publishes without your sign-off.
Do you make videos or Reels?
No. We do not scope or produce video and Reels. If a platform strategy depends on them we will say so upfront rather than quietly substituting static posts.
